Good design is important to all areas of activity and especially so in buildings. Our expertise lies in maintaining, repairing and in altering and adapting existing buildings for new uses. We use our skills to ensure that capital values are also enhanced as a consequence of the renovation scheme.

John Kershaw have wide experience of carrying out complex maintenance and refurbishment work. Commencing with the taking of the client’s brief, the work is overseen through preparation of drawings and specifications, obtaining quotations and monitoring work on site to the certification of accounts. We are able to prepare drawings for any purpose including building regulations and planning permission, space planning and construction purposes.
