Disabled Access

Since the summer of 2004 all owners/occupiers of buildings to which the public have access must have taken reasonable steps to enable access for disabled visitors.

We can undertake audits of properties - both business and private to establish what improvements/adaptations are needed to comply with these regulations as well as undertake private work on homes in order to make life for disabled residents and visitors more comfortable and accessible. Works include installation of lifts, widening of doorways, adaptation of bathroom facilities.
